The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration and the payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above. Should one deadline be missed, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically.
Registration fee includes:
- Printing Documentation
- Admission to the Scientific Sessions
- Admission to the Exhibition
- Opening Ceremony and Welcome Party
- Daily Coffee breaks and lunch
If you do not select accommodation upon registration, supplement to registration fee in the amount of 120.00 EUR will be added to the total amount. Supplement to registration fee is required for people who do not use hotel accommodation and refers to coffee breaks and working lunches.
